Insurance:

1. Is New England Bounce About insured?

   - Yes, New England Bounce About is fully insured with a multimillion-dollar Liability Policy.  Policy limits can change annually. Please contact the office for more current information.

Setup and Usage:

2. How Much Room Do I Need?

   - The space required varies; dimensions are provided on the website.

3. Who sets up the inflatable?

   - A New England Bounce About employee sets up and picks up all units.

4. How does the bounce house stay inflated?

   - All bounce houses use a fully enclosed blower motor.

5. Can the inflatable be used indoors?

   - Yes, units can be set up inside and outside.

6. Can an inflatable unit be set up on pavement?

   - Yes, with prior notification and an additional $25 charge for blacktop.  Driveway setup is limited to smaller units. Bigger units can be set up on blacktop provided we can stake into the grass perimeter. 

7. Can I set up the inflatable near my pool?

   - No, all inflatables must be a safe distance away from pools or water.

Cancellation and Weather Policy:

8. Can I cancel my rental?

   - Yes, cancellations for weather-related issues are allowed; others require 1-week notice to avoid a $100 penalty.

9. What is the policy in the event of rain or high winds?

   - Agreement is reached before delivery, no refunds after setup in such conditions.

Safety and Damage:

10. How safe are bounce houses?

    - Constructed with safety in mind, equipped with safety rules.  We only purchase from the highest quality inflatable manufacturers.

11. What if the inflatable gets damaged?

    - Customer is responsible for any damage caused beyond normal wear and tear.

Booking and Payments:

12. Do you offer any discounts?

    - Yes, we email discounts to those who subscribe to our newsletter.

13. How do I make a reservation, and how far in advance do I need to make one?

    - Reservations are accepted online or by phone.  You may also use our contact us form to start an order.

14. Do you require a deposit, and what is your payment policy?

    - Yes, a valid credit card is required to book, and the balance must be paid before setup.

15. What is your cancellation policy?

    - There is no penalty to cancel or reschedule due to weather all other cancellations requite 7 days’ notice to avoid a$100 penalty.

Safety Guidelines:

16. What is your safety policy?

    - Each item comes with printed operational guidelines and safety rules.

Logistics and Setup Conditions:

17. **How far away from the electrical outlet can you set up?

    - Maximum 100 feet; longer distances may require a portable generator.

18. How much electricity does the inflatable use?

    - Each blower draws approximately 6 to 12 amps.  Each unit is different.  Please check the website for more information.

19. How much room do I need?

    - Check website for dimensions; add two feet for clearance.

20. Do I need a perfectly flat area?

    - A reasonably flat area is desirable; safety reasons prohibit set-up on hills.

21. Will the inflatable harm my lawn?

    - Temporary effects possible but unlikely; grass recovers within a week if any damage does occur.  During very hot conditions leave the blower running, this will allow air to flow into your lawn.  Any non-inflatable platform such as the Gaga Pit, Human Foosball and Human Spheres can burn the lawn during extreme heat (over 90 degrees).

22. Can an inflatable be set up near my pool?

    - No, inflatables must be set up a safe distance away from pools.

23. Can you set up inflatables inside?

    - Yes, with sufficient room and ceiling height.

Setup and Pickup:

24. How do I prepare for my rental?

    - Clear driveway, provide clear path, check electrical source, level area, mark sprinkler lines.

25. Is delivery and setup included in the price?

    - Delivery fee is additional, but setup is included in the price.

26. What time will the delivery crew arrive to set up my equipment? What time will they pick it up?

NEBA reserves the right to drop off the rental items any time before the "Party Start” time on your contract.  Drop offs may occur ANYTIME within 24 hours prior to the Party START Time unless other arrangements have been made.

NEBA reserves the right to pick up the rental items any time after the "Party End” time on your contract.  The pickups may occur ANYTIME within 24 hours from the party End Time unless other arrangements have been made.

27. For units that requite water, does NEBA provide garden hoses? 

- No, it is the customers responsibility to provide a garden hose long enough to reach the base of the water slide.

28. Should I tip the delivery crew?

    - Tips are not expected but appreciated for exceptional service.  Staff work demanding peak season hours.  12-hour shifts are common and tips are greatly appreciated.
