Cleaning, Safety & Delivery

We have expanded our cleaning process to include an electric sprayer that disinfects the surface area of the inflatable.  In addition to each inflatable being cleaned at our warehouse prior to delivery, the inflatable will be cleaned a second time directly onsite during the setup process.  You are invited to watch this second cleaning process in action while maintaining a safe social distance.

New England Bounce About’s number one priority is the safety of our customers and their children. With the canceling of schools, spring sports, and other common life events, our children need a positive outlet and an opportunity to burn excess energy now more than ever.  Renting an inflatable for a small family gathering provides your children with fresh air, exercise and fun while keeping a safe distance from crowds.  

A rental agreement and safety instructions will be emailed to you prior to delivery and any questions you have can be answered over the phone.  When delivery staff arrive at your location the driver will call you to notify that he or she has arrived.  We ask that you place a lawn chair with a note saying “place inflatable here” in order to have a contactless interaction.  At that time, you are invited to observe the cleaning process in action from a safe distance, as our dedicated staff member disinfects your inflatable for a second time directly onsite.
