Yes, we will provide extension cords. Please ensure that our extension cords are not locked inside your garage. If an extension cord is left on the property, please notify NEBA immediately. Customers must notify NEBA within 24 hours if an extension cord is on the property to avoid a replacement fee of $75 per cord. All extension cords will have 'New England Bounce About' printed on them along with our phone number and website
Yes, cancellations for weather-related issues are allowed; others require 1-week notice to avoid a $100 penalty
Agreement is reached before delivery, no refunds after setup in such conditions.
NEBA reserves the right to drop off the rental items any time before the "Party Start” time on your contract. Drop offs may occur ANYTIME within 24 hours prior to the Party START Time unless other arrangements have been made.
NEBA reserves the right to pick up the rental items any time after the "Party End” time on your contract. The pickups may occur ANYTIME within 24 hours from the party End Time unless other arrangements have been made.
If an event takes place at a school, church, temple, park, or any other location that necessitates a same-day pickup, an additional fee of $100 will apply. This fee must be noted along with the delivery setup window and pickup window on the front page of the rental agreement.
No, it is the customers responsibility to provide a garden hose long enough to reach the base of the water slide.
